Arabic lentil soup

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 carrots
- 1 tbsp butter
- 75 g red lentils
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 100 g spinach
- 1 bunch parsley
- 0.5 lemon
- 1 salt

Directions
- Cut the onion , the garlic cloves and the carrots and stew in melted butter for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add red lentils, stew for a ~{few%minutes}. Then fill hot vegetable broth and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Cut the spinach and the parsley and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the juice of the lemon and salt.
