Basic mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 0.25 tbsp salt
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 250 ml oil
  • 0.25 tbsp black papper
  • 0.25 tbsp white papper
  • 0.25 tsbp garlic
  • 0.25 tbsp wasabi
  • 0.25 tbsp mustard

Directions

  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolk and place it in a bowl.
  2. Mix the egg yolk, salt, fresh lemon juice, oil (can be combination of 200 ml sunflower and 50 ml olive), ground black papper (or white papper), ground garlic
  3. Blend for a 10 seconds then pull upwards until you get cool creamy consistency.
  4. Optionally you can add wasabi or mustard and blend again for another 5 seconds.
