Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 0.25 tbsp salt
- 0.5 lemon
- 250 ml oil
- 0.25 tbsp black papper
- 0.25 tbsp white papper
- 0.25 tsbp garlic
- 0.25 tbsp wasabi
- 0.25 tbsp mustard

Directions
- Separate the egg whites from the yolk and place it in a bowl.
- Mix the egg yolk, salt, fresh lemon juice, oil (can be combination of 200 ml sunflower and 50 ml olive), ground black papper (or white papper), ground garlic
- Blend for a 10 seconds then pull upwards until you get cool creamy consistency.
- Optionally you can add wasabi or mustard and blend again for another 5 seconds.
