Beef ramen

Ingredients

  • 200 g noodles
  • 1 l salted water
  • 1 head shallot
  • 1 ginger
  • 750 ml beef broth
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 green peper bell
  • 1 chinese cabbage
  • 1 lime
  • 200 g beef steak

  • cacerola

Directions

  1. Boil noodles in salted water in a pot
  2. Fry shallot and ginger in cacerola for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix it with beef broth, cinnamon and star anise and leave it to simmer for 10 minutes at low heat.
  4. Cut green onion to slices, green peper bell to julienne and chop the chinese cabbage. Cut lime into 8 pieces.
  5. Cut the beef steak to julliene.
  6. Mix the beef and all sliced vegetables to the simmering broth and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. Plate with the noodles.
