Ingredients
- 200 g noodles
- 1 l salted water
- 1 head shallot
- 1 ginger
- 750 ml beef broth
- 1 cinnamon
- 1 star anise
- 1 green onion
- 1 green peper bell
- 1 chinese cabbage
- 1 lime
- 200 g beef steak

Directions
- Boil noodles in salted water in a pot
- Fry shallot and ginger in cacerola for 5 minutes.
- Mix it with beef broth, cinnamon and star anise and leave it to simmer for 10 minutes at low heat.
- Cut green onion to slices, green peper bell to julienne and chop the chinese cabbage. Cut lime into 8 pieces.
- Cut the beef steak to julliene.
- Mix the beef and all sliced vegetables to the simmering broth and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Plate with the noodles.
