Chicken in paprika sauce

Ingredients

  • 0.5 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 350 g chicken breasts
  • 1 salt
  • 1 grounded black pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 rosemary
  • 50 ml vegetable broth
  • 30 ml whipped cream
  • 1 salt
  • 1 grounded

Cookware

  • frying pan
  • air fryer
  • aluminum foil
  • pan

Directions

  1. Dice the onion, the tomato and the red bell pepper and cut the zucchini into strips using a peeler.
  2. Wash the chicken breasts, dry them and season with salt, grounded black pepper and red pepper.
  3. In a frying pan over medium heat, fry the onion and red bell pepper for 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes and rosemary and sauté for another 2 minutes. Pour in the vegetable broth and boil for another 10 minutes. Blend the sauce with whipped cream.
  4. Cook the chicken in the air fryer for about ~{15-20%minutes}. When ready, wrap in aluminum foil.
  5. Season the sliced zucchini with salt and grounded black pepper and sautée for 3 minutes in a pan.
  6. Serve the chicken with the sautéed zucchini and drizzle the dish with the paprika sauce.
