Chicken wings with coconut dip

Ingredients
- 50 g peanuts
- 1 lime
- 1 ginger
- 1 bunch mint
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 25 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 chili
- 1 olive oil
- 400 g chicken wings
Cookware

Directions
- Finely chop the peanuts. Grate the zest of lime and squeeze the juice from it. Grate the ginger and chop the mint.
- Mix in a bowl the grated ginger, peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, chili, lime juice, olive oil and the peanuts.
- Bake the chicken wings in a baking tray at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Serve with the coconut dip.
