Chicken wings with coconut dip

Ingredients

  • 50 g peanuts
  • 1 lime
  • 1 ginger
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 25 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 chili
  • 1 olive oil
  • 400 g chicken wings

Directions

  1. Finely chop the peanuts. Grate the zest of lime and squeeze the juice from it. Grate the ginger and chop the mint.
  2. Mix in a bowl the grated ginger, peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, chili, lime juice, olive oil and the peanuts.
  3. Bake the chicken wings in a baking tray at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with the coconut dip.
