Healthy raspberry muffins

Ingredients

  • 200 g oats
  • 100 g almond flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • NaN salt
  • 2 bananas
  • 250 ml oat milk
  • 80 g ghee
  • 150 g raspberries

Cookware

  • bowl
  • silicone muffin tray

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Mix the oats, almond flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add the mashed bananas, oat milk and melted ghee. Finally add the frozen/fresh raspberries.
  3. Pour the mixture into a silicone muffin tray.
  4. Bake for about ~{25 minutes}.
