Herbal omelettes with smoked salmon

Ingredients

  • 75 g smoked salmon
  • 100 g pickles
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 salt
  • 1 grounded black pepper
  • 6 eggs
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 oregano
  • 1 basil

Directions

  1. Dice the smoked salmon and pickles and finely chop the dill. Mix them in a bowl with cream cheese, salt and grounded black pepper.
  2. Whisk the eggs with the milk and mix with the oregano and basil. In a frying pan, fry omelettes from the mixture.
  3. When ready, fill with the prepared filling and roll into rolls.
