Chicken on a skewer

Ingredients
- 4 chicken legs
- 300 g yogurt
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 0.2 tbsp Turkish Spice mix
- 0.5 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt
Cookware
- pan with a grill
Directions
- Cut chicken legs into equal pieces.
- Mix yogurt with chopped onion, crushed garlic, tomato paste, Turkish Spice mix, juice of a lemon, olive oil and salt. Stir well and marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
- String the meat on skewers.
- Bake on maximum grill in a pan with a grill for about 40 minutes until the meat is cooked and tanned at the corners. Turn over the middle of the roast.
