Chicken on a skewer

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 300 g yogurt
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 0.2 tbsp Turkish Spice mix
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

  1. Cut chicken legs into equal pieces.
  2. Mix yogurt with chopped onion, crushed garlic, tomato paste, Turkish Spice mix, juice of a lemon, olive oil and salt. Stir well and marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
  3. String the meat on skewers.
  4. Bake on maximum grill in a pan with a grill for about 40 minutes until the meat is cooked and tanned at the corners. Turn over the middle of the roast.
