Moroccan stew

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 heads onion
- 1 salt
- NaN cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp Spizing Moroccan Spice Mix
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- 1 handful coriander
- 400 g tomatoes
- 220 g boiled chickpeas
- 1 lemon
- NaN chicken legs
- 1 teacup broth
- 1 green olives
- 1 cous cous
- 1 rice
Cookware
Directions
- Heat up at medium temperature olive oil.
- Add onion, salt and stew for about ~{10-15%minutes} stirring periodically.
- Add garlic finely chopped.
- Add Spizing Moroccan Spice Mix and stew for ~{2-3%minutes}
- (Optionally) Put finely chopped fresh parsley and / or coriander and mix well
- Put tomatoes can, 1 box of boiled chickpeas and juice of an lemon
- If you make stew with chicken - add boneless chicken legs, cut into pieces of 2-3 cm and water / broth. Cover, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for about 40 minutes
- If you are making a vegetarian stew - cook chickpeas for 10 minutes before adding 1 kg. roasted with olive oil and salt vegetables of your choice.
- (Optionally) Add green olives
- Serve with cous cous or rice
