Roasted fish

Ingredients

  • 1 kg fish
  • 1 Italian Spice Mix
  • 1 salt,
  • 1 olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 dill
  • 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Take a whole cleaned fish. Make incisions in her skin.
  2. Rub the fish inside and out with Italian Spice Mix, salt, olive oil and juice of lemon.
  3. Optionally, add fresh dill and sliced lemon to the fish.
  4. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes or until done.
