Ingredients
- 1 kg fish
- 1 Italian Spice Mix
- 1 salt,
- 1 olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 dill
- 1 lemon

Directions
- Take a whole cleaned fish. Make incisions in her skin.
- Rub the fish inside and out with Italian Spice Mix, salt, olive oil and juice of lemon.
- Optionally, add fresh dill and sliced lemon to the fish.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes or until done.
