Spanish skewers

Ingredients
- 1 kg pork tenderloin
- 1 kg chicken breast
- 1 kg shrimp
- 1 tbsp Spanish Spice mix
- NaN cloves garlic
- NaN tbsp olive oil
- 1 salt

Directions
- Cut pork tenderloin or chicken breast in pieces of about 2-3 cm. Instead of meat you can use whole fresh, peeled shrimp.
- Mix Spanish Spice mix with 6-7 grated garlic, olive oil and salt and make the marinade.
- Stir in the meat / shrimp and marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- String on skewers and bake in a preheated pan over medium heat for no more than 3 minutes per side
