Spanish skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork tenderloin
  • 1 kg chicken breast
  • 1 kg shrimp
  • 1 tbsp Spanish Spice mix
  • NaN cloves garlic
  • NaN tbsp olive oil
  • 1 salt

Directions

  1. Cut pork tenderloin or chicken breast in pieces of about 2-3 cm. Instead of meat you can use whole fresh, peeled shrimp.
  2. Mix Spanish Spice mix with 6-7 grated garlic, olive oil and salt and make the marinade.
  3. Stir in the meat / shrimp and marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. String on skewers and bake in a preheated pan over medium heat for no more than 3 minutes per side
