Spicy fish in oven

Ingredients

  • 1 kg fish
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Indian Curry Mix
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 salt,
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 olive oil
  • 1 oven

    Directions

    1. Take 4 fillets or 1 large fish. If you use a whole fish, make several incisions in its skin.
    2. In 100 g of yogurt put Indian Curry Mix, salt and optionally hot pepper and make the marinade.
    3. Spread the marinade on the outside and inside of the fish and let it sit for ~{205minutes}
    4. Meanwhile, cut potatoes into slices and season with salt, pepper and a little olive oil.
    5. Bake the potatoes in a preheated 200 degree oven for ~{15-20%minutes}, then stir and move to the edges of the pan, and put the fish in the middle. Bake for ~{20-25%minutes} or until done.
