Spicy shrimp

Ingredients

  • 300 ml water
  • 3 tbsp Hot Mexican Spice Mix
  • NaN g mashed tomatoes
  • 1 salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 kg shrimp

Directions

  1. Pour water into the pan and wait for it to boil.
  2. Add Hot Mexican Spice Mix and mix well.
  3. Add mashed tomatoes and salt to taste and cook on low heat for 5 minutes after boiling the salsa.
  4. In another pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium to high heat and seal in it peeled fresh shrimp until they change color (about ~shrimp{8-10%minutes}).
  5. Pour the prepared salsa over the shrimp, mix and cook for another ~{4-5%minutes}, stirring occasionally.
