Ingredients
- 400 g tofu
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp Chinese 5 Spice Mix
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions
- Cut the pre-washed tofu into tiles about 1 cm. thick.
- Mix soy sauce, honey and crushed garlic. Marinate the tofu in the resulting mixture for ~{2-3%minutes}.
- Mix Chinese 5 Spice Mix with cornstarch and roll the drained tofu in them.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium to high heat and spread. Cook the tofu for 30 seconds per side.
- Serve on your favorite slate.
