Tofu salad

Ingredients

  • 400 g tofu
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp Chinese 5 Spice Mix
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Cut the pre-washed tofu into tiles about 1 cm. thick.
  2. Mix soy sauce, honey and crushed garlic. Marinate the tofu in the resulting mixture for ~{2-3%minutes}.
  3. Mix Chinese 5 Spice Mix with cornstarch and roll the drained tofu in them.
  4. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium to high heat and spread. Cook the tofu for 30 seconds per side.
  5. Serve on your favorite slate.
